WEBSITE SHOWING ERROR MESSAGE – HELP

    I tried to defer parsing of the java scripts from header to bottom. But the website crashed and showed this error.

    ERROR :
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/fakekhabar/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:1) in /home/fakekhabar/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228

    Then my wp-admin panel was inaccessible and I deactivated the plugin through FTP.

    Now when this plugin is removed from my dashboard ( deactivated this plugin), why it is again showing the same error message which I mentioned above ?

    Please help !!
