Everytime I make a payment to my website through the Tip Jar WP, my website shuts down for about 5 minutes.

Is there a way to stop this from happening because I plan to have multiple people tip all concurrently. They cant do it if the website is shut down every minute and people wont tip at all if they cant get quick access

@shibetpc That’s very strange! If you email us at [email protected] we would be happy to troubleshoot this with you and get to the root cause.
