website speed and plugin problems

http://itlearninghouse.com/ in this my site. i have some problems. when i’m test my website speed every time i get different results. And when i’m test my site on Google Developers
i have some problems like:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS
Leverage browser caching
And how i Minify JavaScript, CSS, HTML ?

i want to install social widget where show like or subscribe button. when user click on button he get auto like or subscribe with his social profile. in social widget a user no need to redirect in social profile.
