    It seems, that the Plugin is slowing down some of the websites pages drastically. Some pages like the homepage are running good.

    I deactivated the plugin as a test and all the pages were delivered in full-speed; no more problem.

    The issue is, i can´t deactivate the plugin permanently it is vital for the website.

    Can you please help?

    Regarding your concern about the site slowing down, it seems you may be using an outdated version of the plugin.

    I recommend updating the plugin to the latest version, 5.9.9, as we’ve addressed the page slowdown issue in this release.

    I´d like to update the plugin. Unfortunately there´s no update-opportunity. There´s a button “check for updates”, nothing more.

    Is it possible to manage it per FTP-client?

    You can click on the “Check for updates” link — the latest plugin version(5.9.9) should then appear and be available for download.

    That´s the problem: the update button does not appear after hitting the “check für updates” button.

    Sorry i didn´t respond! It worked out like a charm: i took the files from your site, installed it per wordpress-backend and since then it is doing its job perfectly.
