Website stops working after installation

    Your plugin used to work before on my website. I installed new wordpress update and then I got some session errors. I removed plugin, reinstalled and then it was saying:

    error on line 2 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    It blocked the whole website so I removed it. Does your script require an update to match the new wordpress?

    We have already tested our plugin compatibility with wordpress version 4.4.1 before releasing an update of a plugin and it is working fine in out testing environment. Can you please address your issue to our support email [email protected] with your site details so that we can check the issue.
