    Hello,

I noticed that my website looks like the mobile version of my website, using a desktop. Is there any way of fixing this?

The odd part is that when I’m watching my website in the admin mode or editing it, it looks like it should (the website version) but when I’m using it in, for example incognito mode, it looks like the mobile version.

Any needed clarifications will be delivered if asked.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @jantsa13,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

    Thank you for your response.

I did as you guided me to do but the problem still remains. Any other ways that I could try to fix the issue?

    Hi @jantsa13!

I checked your site again but I am not sure I can see the issue. This is how the site is displayed for me. If this is not the desired design for desktop, please provide us a screenshot with the desktop version of the site that you see when you access it in admin mode, as you mentioned it is properly displayed this way.

    Thank you!

The first picture is displayed the same way both on desktop and mobile but here is where it goes wrong: https://imgur.com/a/EyEWXzn

The first 3 pictures are how it should be and the last 4 pictures are how it is displayed.

    Thank you!

    Hello @jantsa13!

It looks like there is some CSS missing for those blocks on your site, that’s why they are displayed differently. I see that you use Siteground on your site which minimizes the CSS and there is also one error in the console pointing at it. Could you please deactivate Siteground again, and any other optimization plugin if you use multiple ones, clear the cache and check if the issue disappears?

    Thank you!

I cleared the cache and deactivated Siteground Optimizer and that fixed the issue! When I reactivate Siteground Optimizer the issue comes back but I’ll look into that with Siteground’s team.

Thank you very much for your help!
