The website layout often breaks because the stylesheet is missing. The issue gets resolved temporarily when I clear the cache or update any plugin or theme. What can be done to fix this issue permanently?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

You can resolve your issue by turning off file generation from the Spectra dashboard (https://wpspectra.com/docs/file-generation/) and clearing all the caches including the server-side cache.
