Website template deleted

    i used one of your free template, created an entire site and yesterday I was needed one or two plugin to get uploaded and activated it, suddenly everything was gone. I have no backup for the site and site was almost built. I checked deleting the uploaded plugin, it didn’t work. What should I do to retrieve the site any way to handle it or should I built the entire site again?
