website Title and notification

    I have 2 questions:

    1: I want to change the title of my website “Meel Bijendra -” next to it. As you can see in the screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HKnvfYMu76CF.png So how will this happen?

    2: I have to put notification so that if there is a new post on the website, then those who have subscribed will get the notification of the new post. I used plugin but website speed slow so please provide css code

    The stuff to the right of your site name should be the site title/description set at SETTINGS->READING.

    One does not use CSS to send notifications of new posts. That’s done using one of the subscription plugins.
