Website Title Repeats

    I have a problem with this theme.
    The site title is repeating in the Home page title looks like:
    Wordpress | DemoWordpress |Demo
    I saw that this error is also on the demo page of this theme.
    Can you help me how to solve this and also while posting into facebook the title also repeated as same.
