website under maintenance, viewing issue

My wordpress is facing this issue on chrome:

Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

But when view on phone and safari, it works fine. I was told that i need to clear my chrome cache. despite clearing my cache, it is still showing the message. How can i solve this??
