    Ik have created a webshop with language selector. Main language: Dutch, second language: English. I use plugin Country Based Restrictions for Woocommerce (Zorem), so that customers from US, CAN and AUSTRALIA can order only two products and not the other products. Restrictions work fine if Dutch is selected, but not if English is selected.Than customers from US,CAN and AUSTRALIA can suddenly order every product, also the restricted products.

    Maybe try to change the EN language and also set the restriction rule? maybe the translation did not update?

    I updated translations of all products. Normally every aspect is than updated.
    Changing the EN language of a product causes conflicts with WPML. It would mean I have to rebuild the whole site and make separate products in English – now they have the name of the Dutch product with extension /?lang=en, which changes the language of the product (or for example page).

    I also deactivated plugin and activated again, which did not help, unfortunately

    I think it works now, by indeed changing products in EN language. Hope it does not cause conflicts in future, when updating texts. We’ll see. For now it works!

    Hi,

    we have similar issues and we think we can reproduce the issue as follow:

    Website main WPML language is English, additional languages are French and Indonesian.

    If a product has country restrictions NOT to display in Indonesia
    AND if WPML/website display language is Indonesia
    AND if WooCommerce Geolocation IS NOT Indonesia,

    then the products will not show up, but it should be visible.

    Hi and thank you for your reply.

    Since I want to HIDE a product in a country (Indonesia) we set:

    Hide Completely – This option will completely hide restricted products and product variations from your store (including a direct link)

    Why you recommend to make it visible in the catalog?

    What is the point I miss 🙂

    Re-cap / conditions for the dev:

    • Product has country restrictions NOT to display in “Indonesia”
    • WPML/website display language is “Indonesia”
    • WooCommerce Geolocation IS NOT “Indonesia”

      • => Product is not visible (which is totally wrong)

      Issue is reproduceable.

    Hi @pakkriss,

    You need to save CBR Restriction settings the same for all languages in a single product. And also I shared a video link for how to do it.
