Website Won’t Show

    Hey everyone! I have been using wordpress for a few years now. I have had some issues here and there, but nothing like this.

    I cannot pull up my webpage. This started a little over a week ago. I finally contacted my hosting company (Go Daddy) and they checked everything on their end and says it is fine. However they are suggesting that it is a coding issue.

    Can someone tell me coding issue would cause my webpage to not pull? And what can I do to fix it?

    Here is the response I received from them…

    Thank you for contacting Hosting Support. It appears the problems with your wordpress not loading is a coding issue. We have tested the connection to your database and was able to connect to your database with out problems. Also the hosting server your site is on is working with out issues as well. Please review the coding you have for your wordpress. You may also want to check any 3rd party plugins you might have.

    How can I fix any plug-in issues if I cannot load my webpage?

    Any help that you can offer will be greatly appreciated!

    Hello!

    You may want to provide a link to your site so that others can see exactly what is (or is not) happening. Sometimes certain oddities may not affect all browsers, and perhaps someone will see something that may help. They may also be able to take a look at previously cached pages, and give you some clues that way as well.

    How can I fix any plug-in issues if I cannot load my webpage?

    I think you can disable your plugins by using your ftp client, or your file access from GoDaddy’s control panel, to temporarily rename your plugin folder for testing purposes.

    Thank you so much for your help! When you suggested that I log in with my ftp client and rename my plugins folder, it did the trick. I was able to delete the actual plug in that was causing the coding issue.
