Webstory plugin not working

    Unable to create story on webstory. Plugin is hanging. Unable to operate at all. To create one story it takes almost 2 hours. I am really frustrated. Please help to resolve this issue. Otherwise I will deactivate this plugin

    Hi @pramithraj thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re experiencing this when creating Stories. I’d be happy to look into this for you. Could you please share the following information:

    1. Your Site Health Information. You can share this using our private form.
    2. Any console errors you see when creating a Story.
    3. What device are you accessing the Web Stories editor from?

    once you have shared the information I can help suggest next steps to take for troubleshooting.
