Week tab shows incorrect date

    I have My Calendar 3.1.2, but switching to the week tab I see that the querystring below gives the wrong day and month so hence shows December rather than January. This then breaks it and now shows December dates for the Day and Month. Is this a bug or a misconfiguration?

    This is the url of the week tab (today is the 5th Jan 2019)
    websiteurl/my-calendar/?time=week&dy=8&month=12&yr=2019
