• Hi all,

    We are currently trying to update the booking capacity within the weekly schedule template. I have successfully updated this from 5 to 6 per time slot but the changes are not reflecting in the calendar. Each date has a capacity of only 5.

    Has anyone come across this issue where it is updated in the template but is not reflecting in the calendar?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    You can’t change published schedules in “Weekly schedule template”. If you want to change the capacities , click a day in the calendar, or create a clone of your calendar.

    Thank you, I have gone ahead and created a clone of the calendar. I am wondering why this has to be done though? It wouldn’t be feasible to edit every date in the calendar and this is what I thought the weekly schedule template would be for.

    Is there any way around this so if in the future our client wishes to add or reduce capacity for a booking time that we can update this rather than having to clone the calendar? It just makes it a little messy.
