• Hi MASAAKI,

I have a problem with weekly schedule templates.

When I disable a slot hour form weekly schedule templates, I can t see the updates on the front end calendar.

But if I manually disable a slot for a selected day, it works.

    Current version is 1.6.73.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

In the Booking Package plugin, when you change the time slots in the weekly schedule template, the changes only apply to future dates. That is:

1: The updated time slots will be reflected in the booking calendars published from now on.
2: The time slots in already published booking calendars will not be updated automatically.

If you want to change the time slots in already published calendars, you need to edit the time slots individually for each date.

To avoid individual editing, you can delete the currently published schedule to add the changed time slots. However, please note that if there are customer bookings on the deleted dates, all of those customer bookings will be canceled.

    Hello,

yes, I am interested in changing the calendar for future dates.
but after changing the weekly schedule template, the future calendar remains unchanged.

    Hello,

The changed time slots in the schedule template will be applied to newly published schedules after the date resulting from adding the “Public days from today” setting (within Booking Package > Calendar Accounts > Your Calendar > Settings tab) to the current date.

For example, if “Public days from today” is set to 7, the changed time slots will be applied to schedules created on or after March 2nd (assuming today is February 23rd).

These changes will not be applied to days already published in the schedule tab.

Public days from today – was set to 365 days.
I changed it now to 0, then to 1, but even though I make changes in Weekly schedule templates – it is not reflected in the front-end for Saturday, March 15, 2025.

Do I need to do anything extra for synchronization?

Can I change the current calendar to close the slot from 12:00 – 12:30, every Saturday?

I tried deleting the 12:00 slot from the Weekly schedule templates – but it still appears in the front end calendar.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

This is because there are already schedules present in the schedule tab.

You can either edit the already published schedule dates individually, or delete the published schedules. Please note that if you delete them, reservations made by customers will be canceled.

    hello MASAAKI,
so without canceling all future appointments I can’t delete or paused a slot (ex 12:00) for all future Saturdays?
