Hi @edwayt,
What version of the calendar are you running? I recommend updating to the latest version if you aren’t already running 2.5.19.
If you are using the latest version, can you tell me your hosting’s current version of PHP and also the version of WordPress you are using?

Hi – thanks for the reply.
Versions in use:
– calendar: 2.5.19
– WordPress: 4.7.4
– PHP: 7.0.18
– Theme: Spine (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/spine/)
I’ve also tried tweaking the options on Timely’s Advanced Settings page with no luck.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Hi @edwayt,
Here are some solutions that might work, in no particular order, please try each one and let me know if/which one solves your problem:
– This could be a result of a plugin conflict.. disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.
– Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the settings (no need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings)
– Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
– Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced
