This sounds like there could be some sort of issue with the way you’re sending notifications from your site. You should try using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to ensure that emails are reaching the end user properly.
WP Mail SMTP fixes your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.

I already installed it and the notifications for those who fill out are still not working

Could you check the delivery log from WP Mail SMTP < Email Log and let us know if any errors are present there? If so could you copy/paste them directly in to the thread for us so that we can inspect it?
I don’t have the Pro Version.
Hi @patricianavas! Access to the Email Log is a Free feature of WP Mail SMTP. You can check the delivery log from your WordPress dashboard at WP Mail SMTP < Email Log.

That’s odd @patricianavas, just to be sure we are referring to the same plugin. You’re are using WP Mail SMTP by WPForms to set up SMTP correct?
If so this log should be free and accessible directly from the WordPress dashboard.
