It seems that the plugin is currently disabled.
You have an easy way to leverage this plugin. Did you try to add [mp_wc_vdopp_variations] to the body of the content?
If that doesn’t work, or the placement isn’t ideal, you’ll have to tweak the product template, which will require some code changes.
