    Thanks for explaining, but can you explain the issue while recording a loom video showing the issue you are facing exactly,
    Also on the above google thread link, you mentioned the another name of the plugin you are using, can you also confirm like you are using this plugin : Gravity Forms Google Sheet Connector ?
