Weird characters on the input

    I’m having issues within the floform. The problem is that, on the last form’s field it’s showing these characters on the input:

    Like:
    FLO CONTACT PHONE

    And lots of codes like:
    {
    “field_8757541”: false,
    “field_7794712”: true
    }

    And also the “send message” button is not styled as it should be (different colours etc).
