Weird code on form (Test */?>)

Hi. Forgive my poor English and my also poor knowledge of PHP and classes and so on. I can’t find a topic where my problem is discussed so I have try for myself.

I’ve installed your brilliant plugin and it works like a charm. But there’s something fishy on the page were I’ve the code into. There seems some lost code and I don’t know how to remove it.

When I look it up in de plugin itself it comes from this:

I can’t remove it ’cause it does something with the hyperlinks on the rest of the page. It even give’s text without a link an underline.

What do I have to do to remove the ‘Test */?>
