Weird coding text appearing on Setting menu bar

Hi, I have these words showing above the menu tabs “Debug” and “Uninstall”. They don’t look like they should be there.

// Do not use nav but h2, since it is using (in)visible content, not real navigation.

Is there something I need to do to fix? Everything is running fine though.
