• Basically, I have the bounce handler setup and it is in fact checking the email, but it seems to classifying everything as “weird forward” and is thus only catching a 1% of the real bounced emails. We need some way to efficiently classify a bunch of the logs files as bounced. Either an export or as someone else mentioned, a setting that would classify 3 weird forwards and consider it “bounced”. This plugin is totally nonfunctional in the present form. As it exists right now, you would have to go through and manually remove each email, which I can do without a paid plugin.

  • Hi @bvlich,

A mail from an inbox tagged as “weird forward” when it does not classify as bounced. Then it is forward to the email you specify.

If you are sure about some of these “weird forward” mail can be bounced, can you please share such mails content with us to investigate to see if this plugin is failing to detect real bounce?

You can upload your mail contents in Dropbox/Google Drive and share the link here.

    Thanks
