Hello and I’m sorry the plugin is not working for you. Thank-you for taking the time to report a problem.
The screenshot is helpful. That means your browser did not load the JQuery-Steps javascript file .. found in script/jquery.steps.js
- You mentioned this hasn’t happened before.. under what conditions did it work? A previous version of the plugin? On another WordPress site? In another browser?
- Does it work if you manually force a browser refresh?
- What OS/browser are you running?
- Does your browser have the ability to show your 404 errors for page resources? Can you confirm what I said about query.steps.js?
I was able to fix the issue .
Rather than granting Apache permission to the WordPress installation, I gave it privileges to the www folder. Along with your plugin malfunctioning, the entire installation ran slowly.
Thanks for the help. If only I had taken the Unix class. 😛
Wow, I never would have suspected that. Glad you solved it!
Thanks for using the plugin!
