Weird space above header

Hi!
Above my header there has turned up a weird white space with some dots on the left side. When scrolling down the sticky header response as it should, and the weird space disappear. When I scroll all the way up again, the weird space is back above the header.
Is there a way to fix this?

This gets rid of the 2nd set:

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
