I’d say it looks like something’s gone horribly wrong within the database structure.
If you can get in to the database (most hosts provide phpMySQLadmin or similar) have a look to see what’s still there. Otherwise, it may be worth trying to install the upgrade to 1.2.2. which would hopefully fix things if it’s a file that’s corrupted along the way.
Also, it sounds like the same error as is mentioned in the support forums at http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/3/18678 which appears to mean you need to speak to your hosts about upgrading Zend Optimiser if they have it.

You think 1.2.2 will fix a dodgy database?
1.2.2 will fix it if it’s a file problem – it overwrites most of what’s there, just follow the instructions and see how you do.
Otherwise it’s going to be a quick prayer that you’ve backed up your database recently, or (first option) asking your host about Zend Optimiser.
