did you purge all after reset ?
then try disable plugin , see how it goes
I reset first and then I purged all but to no avail.

Now I disabled the plugin and I am noticing that the first 3 menu items are loading fine but the last 3 still have the issue.
I reloaded again in the incognito window and its back again on all the tabs.

what’s the situation now ?
does it work with default ?
does it work with disabling ?
I have applied all your suggestions, but the issue still exists.
First, I disabled all options under CSS and JS Settings.
Then I did a reset. After that, I purged all. And then, I deactivated the plugin.
I can provide you with a temporary login but I am not sure how I can message you privately.

if you disabled plugin and issue still exists, then I think the issue not related to plugin
please check the HTTP response header, with cache plugin disabled, make sure you don’t see x-litespeed-cache header, this will confirm the cache is no longer active.
I asked my theme developer as well and they said they cant see the issue on Firefox. I have decided to ignore it for now.
The developer team replied again with the following:
“if i slow my network down i can see the FOUC ( Flash of unstyled content ).
The most likely culprit is the Litespeed cache, as it could interfere with resource loading to try and reduce render blocking.”
They are able to replicate the issue.
