Hello, I am facing some issues with my website, where I try to translate certain elements with the Translation editor, but they’re shown with the prefix mentioned in the title. For instance “data-trpgettextoriginal=18321>Sign up”. Those seem to be taken as the original strings (including excess spaces)” and in the wrong language. When I turn the Editor off, the text is shown normally, but in the wrong language, for this example “Sign up”. This happens on parts of the WPloyalty plugin, which afaik officially supports Translatepress. I was wondering where the cause of the issue could be rooted, and if its possible to fix it by going into the database and edit it there, or delete all translations for a plugin, to redo them. I know that its possible to disable translations for a domain, but thats not what I want .

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

What you can do is to exclude that string from being translated using the “Exclude Gettext Strings” and add the domain name of the plugin that add that string in the “Domain” field.

Try this and let me know if this will solve this problem!

    Kind Regards
