Weird Upgrade Problem – Cannot Declare pclziputilpathreduction()

    I wanted to upgrade my WordPress to 2.71 but when I tried to automatic upgrade, I got the following error message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pclziputilpathreduction() (previously declared in /home/getniche/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/lib/pclzip.lib.php:5421) in /home/getniche/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 5498

    What does that mean and what can I do about it?
