Weirdness and Post Categories

    I am having some issues with posts and their categories

    If I use the filter under Posts everything works fine.
    However under “Categories” it shows like 2300 posts under Uncategorized, but if I click that number it only shows 4 posts there (same as if I use the filter).

    What is going on?
    I have also tried disabling ALL of my plugins to see if this would fix it. And it didn’t change anything.
