Weirdness on Load

    I love the WP Show Posts, exactly what I need extending Generate Press Pro.

    Buuuut…

    … when loading my homepage dushanwegner.com over a slowish (or not superfast) connection, there sometimes is a “flash”, the image is overlaying the text for some seconds, and it takes some time for the text to load and to push the page down and into the right position.

    Is the text loading via JavaScript after the rest of the page is loaded? Am I missing something?
