Welcome Sticky

Hello —

I would like to create a “Welcome” sticky that shows up at the top of my blog. I would like its appearance to be different from the post below it. Actually I don’t want it to act like a post at all. That said, I would like to:

– Alter the title to be bold for just this post
– Remove the date and other information to the right of the post
– Not allow comments
