    Hi,

could the entry in the options table called wf_sn_active_plugins be related to WordFence ?

If so, it will slow down my site performance as it is autoloaded and has a size of 643k by now. I cannot believe that WordFence needs to process 643k of data at every page load so why has it an autoloaded value. Note that if there isn’t a need to autoload, perhaps check out how WordPress team has solved a similar issue with _transient_dirsize_cache.

    Best regards,

    Eric

    Hi @esprange,

I believe the table name wf_sn_active_plugins in this case is related to a plugin called Security Ninja: https://wpdirectory.net/search/01JFJR66PJBMYGVWHBT0RRVP17

    Many thanks,
    Peter.

    Peter,

That must have been a plugin that was installed a long time ago and which did not remove this garbage after deactivation and removal. Thanks for this suggestion. I switched of autoload for this option and if not issues after some days I remove the entry from the table.

Sorry that the wf_ part suggested it was related to wordfence. Using wordfence already for a long time and it helps great to block our site for all those script buddies trying to break in.

    Best regards,

    Eric
