What am I doing wrong for SEO

I am using Genesis and the Paris Child Theme.

My move from Blogger to WordPress in August 2013 has been a nightmare. I hired a company to move my blog, and they left me with 3 different permalinks, and I am still finding URLs that should not have been transferred and URLs that never existed. I have duplicate content issues that I can’t solve, and my traffic has dropped – again.

I have done everything I know to do SEO-wise. I know I don’t have a strong social presence, but I simply don’t have the time. I have another women’s history blog still on Blogger, and I can’t move it until I solve these issues.

Will someone please give me some guidance. I am almost at the end of my rope.
