2) Please check that you are actually using our plugin „Shariff Wrapper“ and not the other one called „Shariff for WordPress“. We cannot help you with this other plugin.

4) Please always start a new topic with your request. Otherwise your issue might get overlooked in the process of solving the topic of someone else. A lot of problems look identical to the user, but have completely different causes.

To avoid confusion for your visitors, while a problem with the buttons persist, you can disable the automatic addition of the shariff buttons on the tab „Basic“ in the plugin options and create in WordPress a new page called „shariff test“, on which you only write the shorttag [shariff].

Wenn ich den share button auf einem smartphone drücke ist auch alles gut,
dann öffnet sich die App und ich kann einfach teilen:

Ich glaube das dein Plugin checken sollte, ob ich mobil oder an einem PC bin,
denn in diesem Fall ist das wohl der korrekte Anfang der “URL”:
