What does this mean “Please match requested format”

    Hi,

    I’m having some trouble creating a manual order. When it’s time to save my order, I get this error:

    I’ve tried changing it to 12-hour standard time, changing it to a day before or the day after, and even changed it to every possible hour. I still continue to get this error. What is causing this?
