Hello The slider doesnt work on mobile devices anymore. I went from 2 columns to 1 column on mobile but this doesnt work anymore. What have you been doing as it doesnt say in the development.

The slide on mobile devices is calculated very large so that is why it doesnt seem to work anymore. As it is now it cant be used. I Hope to here from you to fix if we can, please
Thank you for your feedback. I haven’t been able to work on this project due to my other responsibilities. However, I am planning on completely re-doing the plugin in the future as WordPress has made major changes to its API lately.
Regards,
MunirOk when Munir? Can you do a little temporary fix as people are actually using your plugin and now on all mobile devices its not working anymore on live websites. I would expect a plugin that shows to be updated to at least work on all devices.
Sure, I will look into this and get back to you asap.
Thank you Munir.. as long as i can make it work (1 column on mobile) for now would be nice as my client was reporting this to me. I send you an email prior so you have the info. Thanks again
Did you receive my email in good order? I am getting several questions from clients. Hope you can give me a little bit more information. I choose you for the gutenberg link so it gets streamlined well, but now I am depending on your answer. Hope you understand where i am coming from, thank you
Support for this free plugin is only provided via the support forum here. I haven’t checked the email, will follow up here as soon I get time to test and have something to share with you about this issue you have reported.
Ok but will that be days? Cause this is a live extension that isnt working now on smaller mobile screens. I just need some info as clients are responding to me.
I just installed and test it and seems to work fine to me?
Here’s a quick screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/llu62evv
So the slider should automatically be 1 slide per view on mobile. What exactly are you doing when you say 2 columns to 1 on mobile? Can you share a screencast or screenshots of your slider configuration?
Hello Munir,
That is weird cause i have the latest version and here it shows up differently. Also i turned off other plugins and also got all styling code out and yet it would still do it. I noticed the slides are calculated very large. (365000 px or so).
Have a look at the configuration and an example of the website to maybe understand why this is happening. Thank you.
screencast:

https://nimb.ws/sg8bzZFrom your editor screenshot it seems you using the free version but somehow set the slides to 2 per view, how did you do that? This feature is not provided in the free version.
And from your front-end view, I can guess there should be something else causing it. It could be your theme, custom CSS/JS, or a plugin.
I already checked that i turned everything off and reinstalled but it still does this. Like i said changed theme too custom code out and also turned off plugins. But it worked before.
Then, I would suggest you create another similar slider on a new page on your website to test if there’s something wrong with that particular instance of the slider.
Or maybe test the plugin on a completely new/different website to see if you can replicate the same issue there and can provide any helpful steps to replicate it, that would help e debug it.
Ok but any idea what it could be or what i should look for? I cant figure it out. It works with you fine you say. Its version 1.2.9 right?
To update you that we’ve pushed a new version live. Kindly create a new slider using the latest version.
I am closing this ticket; please feel free to create a new support ticket if you face any problems.
Note: You will need to recreate your old slider(s) as v2 is a completely revamped plugin.
