    …even considered signing off this utter travesty of an editor? It. Simply. Does. Not. Work. Ever. It’s as if someone were bribing WordPress to destroy its own platform by alienating every user it has ever had. A far, far better thing to have done would have been to bring the underlying platform into the 21st century and create an effective, coherent and consistent interface for the core platform and plugins. I see WordPress going the way of Movable Type before very long.

    Basically, everything: The UI is obscure, the presentation poor and inconsistent and it is simply impossible to coherently create or edit a post. The underlying implementation is broken: slow, lagging, breaks and fails to support many of the common tools in our (and many other peoples’) workflows. Revert, Replace, Rethink.
