What is term_relationships?

    Hello, could anybody please explain to me what is the term_relationships table inside our WP databases? Also, if I deleted a bunch of posts from my blog – isn’t there supposed to be some unused data (rows) in term_relationships? Is there a way to delete it? A plugin perhaps? WP-Cleanup for instance, can clean up unused data in postmeta but not in term_relationships…

    term_relationships shows what posts are in what categories.

    Thanks, but what about the second part of my question – is there anything like that?
