    What happens to the plugin? When you try to log in, a message appears: ERROR: Your answer is incorrect – try again. How to fix it? And where can I get a short code for a password recovery page?

    But regarding the “ERROR: Your answer is incorrect – try again” issue, I am going to need more information, because I have never heard of such a thing.

    Is it happening when you input the wrong or the correct login credentials?

    Good day! The problem is that when you enter the correct registration data, the following error appears: ERROR: Your answer is incorrect – try again.
    Noticed 3 days ago. Before that, everything worked fine!

    Have you activated some kind of captcha and it’s not showing up?

    I have never seen this before, and have been offering support here for nearly 2 years now.

    ReCaptcha is activated only on the registration page. Again, before the appearance of this error, everything worked perfectly!

    Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the next recommended step is the conflict test:

    *Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If this fixes the problem, as it most likely will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
