What permissions does WP Super Cache require?

    There are no permissions listed on what is required to use the plugin. It’s not working and I’ve cleared all my caches. I’ve used it before but I’m working on a site that is running on a server with lots of restrictions that I’ve come across. There are no error pop ups in WP-admin.

    For example, I’ve configured my CDN article but it’s not replacing, even after clearing all caches.

    What exactly do I need to ensure is enabled so I know this is running right? Where can I view errors?
