Their banner doesn’t rotate for me and you don’t need to start another thread on the same subject…
I actually do see the banner change every time the page is refreshed. You can do that with ad plugins or php can be set to pull a different image from a directory every load up of a page. Search for banner or ad plugins or see if you can find the php to pull diff images from a directory.

Searching is not always easy.
this script changes the background image, not the banner.
photomatts plugin will rotate any picture, background, header , any picture you want to rotate…
