Yes, I have done this. I also uninstalled it and installed again. But still the same problem.
Should I delete the website from Cleantalk Backend, and create a new key?

We have fixed the issue. The issue was on our server side. Please synchronize with the cloud by clicking the ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ button, wait for a few minutes and check the results. Did it help?
