Due to my Autoptimize settings having to Force JavaScript in <head>, when I activate LoftLoader my site just shows the loading animation forever without ever taking me to my site.

I know all I have to do to fix this is exclude the scripts that your plugin uses from Autoptimize but I don’t know the script/paths that I need to add.

Can you please let me know the script/paths that I need to exclude from Autoptimize?

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

We received your email and replied to it 2 days ago. You may need to check your email spam folder if you haven’t received it. And please see below:

We have installed and activated the plugin “Autoptimize” on our demo site, and ticked almost all of the optimize options (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), but LoftLoader – Pro version and Lite version – are both working properly without any issue.

(LoftLoader has WordPress Pro version, WordPress Lite version and jQuery version. Because in your email you didn’t mention which version you are using, we thought you were a user of the WordPress Pro version when we replied to your email.)

And now we know you are a user of the WordPress Lite version, so you can try to add “plugins/loftloader” to “JavaScript Options” > “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize” option to exclude all files of LoftLoader (lite version).

Please note: because we didn’t reproduce the same issue on our demo site, we are not sure if the issue on your site is caused by the plugin “Autoptimize” or not, and we can’t guarantee that adding the exclude scripts would fix the problem.

If the issue is still there after adding the exclude scripts to Autoptimize settings, could you please create a temporary admin account for us, let us log into your site and look into this issue?

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,
    The Loft.Ocean Team

Yup, the last email you sent was in my Spam folder.

    Thanks, that worked perfectly.
