There’s currently no way to set custom refresh for the feeds. As for when the refresh happens, you can find it in Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions look for the feed refresh schedules.
This will give you the time it runs.

What would be the name of the scheduled action? I have thousands so if you could provide the name, it would make it easier to identify. Thanks!

It should be under adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed https://imgbb.com/ , the arguments are the product feed ID.

@superlemon1998 I’m not seeing anything when I enter that into the search box on the WP Admin > Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions search box. I also searched for the term ‘Feed’ and don’t see anything either. I read somewhere that when set to twice daily that the feed will sync at 7am and 7pm local server time. Is that true?

Ensure that you have the feed set to daily refresh, once you confirm this. Manually refresh the feed and it should show on the scheduled actions. If it doesn’t work, try creating a new feed:
