Now the issue is gone.
I’m using wpcloudy on 2 location. I have made 2 weather code for my site.
Both are having same settings ( only different is forecast days ( 14 days and 5 days).
This one, http://www.stirimeteo.com/14-days-forecast/ is working almost everytime.
This one, http://www.stirimeteo.com from main page, i have to press Update button on weather code several time per day to work proper.
Any advice? I was trying to delete this weather code, made new one but same issue. It can working all day long.

glad everything is working properly now.
Most of the time, if something doesn’t work, disable all plugin except WP Cloudy, use the default theme and default widgets.
It solves 95% of issues.
