WhatsApp uses Open Graph meta tags to display a preview including a thumbnail. The Open Graph meta tags can be enabled under:

These are my yoast seo settings. Any wrong? Please clarify.

    Hi,

We can see Yoast is outputting the right data for use with Facebook including the og:image tag. See image: https://pasteboard.co/INOu6fy.jpg.

We suggest three actions to resolve the issue:

    1. Verify the image meets the sharing standards. This guide explains more: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/images/. You may want to try adjusting the size to a different standard.

    2. Run the URL through the debugger tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ . Does the right image show?

    3. We suggest contacting Facebook for more information as Yoast is outputting the data as expected. You can contact Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/support/.

Facebook’s debugger tool currently returns the following message:

We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.

Please contact Facebook for further assistance here: https://www.facebook.com/help/.

This thread has been marked as resolved due to a lack of activity. You’re always welcome to re-open this topic.

    Thanks for understanding!
