WhatsApp preview without title

    Dear Yoast SEO Support,
    I can’t remember since it’s not working, something like 3 or 4 months, but after an upgrade, my posts shared in WhatsApp are missing the title.
    It’s very strange because the og:title tag is there and the Facebook Sharing Debugger is showing no errors.
    Do you have any clue on that?

    Hi, as WhatsApp is owned by Facebook we would expect WhatsApp to also use the same OpenGraph meta tags. We checked the URL and we can see Yoast is outputting the title: https://pasteboard.co/JmOGPQW.png

    We are not sure why WhatsApp is failing to generate the title.

    We can only suggest to contact WhatsApp here as Yoast is outputting the data correctly.
